New Clients

  • Absolutely! Therapy is a past-focused treatment plan and typically offers a lower level of accountability between sessions. Coaching focuses on how you're presently feeling and the future you want to create. It often gives higher levels of support with multiple weekly check-ins for growth.

  • The Grateful Body Health Coaching programs are designed around a proven protocol that ensures you'll get sustainable results (if you're willing to stick to the program and get outside your comfort zone a bit). You're bound to facilitate positive growth when you put in new levels of energy and have this level of individualized support.

  • You can expect a weekly time commitment for coaching sessions, plus the mental energy and time for homework and supporting materials. However, if investing in your wellness is new, you may be struggling with the financial commitment. How much would your health, happiness, and finances cost to continue living on this path?

  • I have experience as a podcast guest, writing articles, and generally enjoy collaborating with like-minded people to make a more significant impact on the wellness of others.
